The Secret to Knee and Lower Back Pain Relief
No surgery. No medications. Now also available via telehealth.

What is AposHealth®

AposHealth® uses a personalised footworn device to redistribute the pressure away from the painful area of your joints, improve your movement patterns and build your muscles’ control and coordination. Here’s how…

Benefits of AposHealth®?

It’s not magic, it’s science. AposHealth® is an FDA cleared, CE marked, non-invasive knee treatment with a 96% satisfaction rate1.

In Clinical Trials, AposHealth® was shown to decrease knee and lower back pain while improving function and coordination.

Over 100,000 patients, worldwide

How The AposHealth® Device Works

The footworn device relieves pain and reduces knee pressure by distributing that pressure from the painful area of the knee.

Wearing the footworn device for about one hour per day retrains your muscles to move in a healthier walking pattern. Your body will then start to remember the pattern even when you’re not wearing the device.

Is AposHealth® Right for You?

It is now possible to get AposHealth® sent directly to you. For this service to be suitable for you, please confirm you have the following:

  • Video calling: You should be comfortable enough making a video call to communicate with the clinician
  • Persistent knee or lower back pain: AposHealth® treatment is suitable for people who have experienced pain persistently, 6 months or more, and have probably already tried a few other pain treatments without much satisfaction. The treatment itself addresses conditions related to the lower extremity and lower back, but not neck, shoulders or upper back
  • No contraindicating conditions: AposHealth® is generally not suitable for people who suffer from severe balance problems, diabetic foot issues or Rheumatic disease (if the condition is systemic and primarily non-orthopedic such as RA, Lupus, etc)
